WebAlliance Portal Admin Home Page
For the release of the WebAlliance Portal, the Admin Tools have been pared down to the essentials. However, these options still allow for the full functionality of the Admin Tools, giving you full control over your Portal site. The Admin portion of your Portal site can be navigated to by signing in to your website and navigating to (yoursite)/admin2.
WebAlliance Portal Admin functions are supported in the Chrome browser. Other browsers may work, but the Aldrich Web Solutions team supports Chrome as the official WebAlliance Portal Admin browser.

- Average Payment Value
- Anonymous Payments
- Recent Invoice Payments
- Recent Quote Carts
- Active Users
- Daily Inactive Users
- New Users
- Product Searches
- Recent User Sign Ups or Pending Users
- User Sessions
- Support Contacts
- Most Active Users
- Users By Device Type
The navigation bar which spans the width of the top of All Admin pages serves as a quick way to access these tools. Use the Menu Search field to filter certain options to make your navigation of the tools easier.
