Adding a Non-Priced Item to a User's Cart
As an Admin, you can manually add items to a user's cart in the event the item does not show a price to the user.
Scenario: a user calls you and says they would like to purchase 10 EA of item number 02HHP0008 but the website shows "Call" instead of a price for the item. With no price, they can't add the item to their cart. You can help!
The user sees "Call" instead of a price, so they can't add the item to their cart
An item must be priced in order for a user to add the item to their shopping cart. The "Call" text can be changed on your website using the "Site Settings" tool.
Now, the user has called to ask how to order this item since the "Add to Cart" button won't work. You can tell them that you'd be happy to help, and add it to the shopping cart for them.
Note: This method works for logged-in users only.
Go to the user's Detail page and click the "User Stats" tab
Click the number of the user's current cart to open the cart details screen. The cart details will open in a new tab.
Click "Add Item To Cart" on the Cart Details screen
Find the "Add Item To Cart" button below the "Cart Items" section.
Search for the item in question, and click "Select"

This search works best with the Item ID. However, a keyword search will work here as well.
Enter the price and the desired quantity for the item and click "Add To Cart"

Use the "Item Price" field to enter the price that should be applied to the item. No dollar sign is necessary. $9.99 would be entered as 9.99
Then enter the desired value in "Item Quantity" and click "Add To Cart".
