Site Contacts
The Site Contacts tool allows an Admin to add contact information for various roles within the company. This tool streamlines the communication channel between us and your company, so we know who to contact for specific types of requests.
You can access this tool by navigating to Site Manager > Site Contacts while logged in as an admin.
- To get started adding contacts, select the "+ Add Contact" button.
- Multiple roles may be assigned to one contact.
- All fields are required to be filled out for each contact.
- You can utilize the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons to make adjustments to current contacts, or to remove them completely.
- There is an option to sync contacts directly from HubSpot.
When a role hasn't been assigned a contact, you will see a message with red text displayed at the bottom right of the page "You currently have no contacts assigned for the following roles:". This will also display as a banner message to all admins until resolved. To remove this message, you will need to ensure that all roles have been assigned on this page. If a specifies role doesn't exist within your company enter N/A for not applicable.
