User List

View and search through a list of all registered website users.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Users Area role to access this feature.

Use the Search Box to Search Based on Username, Email, or Customer Code.

You can also filter Alphabetically by Username.

Click "Pending Users" to view a list of all users who have requested an account, but have not yet been approved. Use this list to maintain unapproved user accounts on your WebAlliance Portal.

Click a Username to View Details About the User


Clicking the heading for any column pictured above will allow you to sort by that column.

Last Activity Tab

The "Last Activity" tab gives the date and time of the user's last activity on the website. This doesn't reflect the last time that the user simply visited your website. There are certain things that trigger an update of the "Last Activity" date, like:

  • Log in
  • Log out
  • Reset Cart
  • Save Cart
  • Set Default Ship To
  • Update Results per Page
  • Finish Checkout
  • Open Saved Cart
  • Add Items to Cart
  • Create a New Cart

Disabling/Deleting Users

From the User List, you can use the boxes on the left-hand side to select multiple users to disable/delete. The tool that appears at the bottom of the screen will then allow you to do one of three options. 


  • Copy, which will copy all usernames to your clipboard.
  • Disable, which will deactivate the selected accounts but leave them on the site to be enabled later.
  • Delete, which will completely remove the users from the site. 

Users that are deleted cannot be recovered, use caution when deleting users in bulk with this tool.
