Activity Logs

View all recorded Admin activity on your WebAlliance Portal for the last 90 days.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.

Each column of the log is filterable and sortable, to make it easy to find the record you're looking for.

  1. Entering or selecting dates in the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields, and clicking "Update List" will update the log to show only the activity for the date range you selected.
  2. "Export All Records" generates and sends an email to you with a link to download a Microsoft Excel sheet containing activity data for the previous 90 days.
  3. "Activity Date" provides a date/time stamp for each entry in the log. The time is displayed in Central Standard Time.
  4. "Username" lists the user that performed each logged action.
  5. "ActivityType" denotes the type of activity performed (e.g. editing a customer record, resetting a password, etc.).
  6. "ActivityDetail" provides a short summary of the action taken.
  7. Misc1 and Misc2 provide various information, depending on the activity type.
